The calculators process the numbers you enter in your browser. This site does not send those inputs to a calculator server or save them to a borrower database. When you copy a scenario link, the link includes your calculator assumptions in its URL. Anyone you give that link to can read those numbers.

The site does not ask for Social Security numbers, bank records, income documents, birth dates, or other application information.

Application buttons open the secure registration URL supplied by Cory. Information you submit there is handled under that service’s and mortgage provider’s notices. Read them before submitting documents. Other linked services have their own privacy practices.
